Pancakes with Mascarpone and Strawberries

A delicious breakfast or perfect snack during the day. There’s always a good time for sweet pancakes.

Ingredients

For the pancakes:

  • Milk: 0.75 cup
  • Sparkling water: 0.5 cup
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Egg: 2 pieces
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Flour: 1 cup

For the cream:

  • Mascarpone cheese: 250 grams
  • Powdered sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Strawberries: 30 grams

Additionally:

  • Strawberries: 5 pieces
  • Powdered sugar: 1 pinch

Preparation

Mix flour, salt, sugar, water, and milk thoroughly (add flour gradually until you achieve the desired consistency for pancake batter). Then add eggs, mix. Add oil and combine thoroughly. Fry pancakes on a heated pan.

Mix mascarpone with powdered sugar for about 1-2 minutes. Add chopped strawberries to the mixture, mix together for a while.

Spread the prepared cream on the pancakes, roll them up, and arrange on a plate. Decorate with strawberry halves and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
