Ingredients
- Apples, 6 pieces
- Vanilla custard powder, 1 packet
- Milk, 1 cup
- Sugar, 2 tablespoons
- Fresh raspberries, 1.4 cups
Preparation
- Dissolve the custard powder in half a cup of milk. Bring the remaining half cup of milk to a boil with sugar. Pour the dissolved custard into the boiling milk. Stir vigorously until thickened, while continuously cooking. Set the custard aside to cool.
- Core the apples.
- Fill the apples with custard, and on top, place previously washed and drained raspberries.
- Bake the apples for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
