Baked Apples Stuffed with Custard and Raspberries

Perfect for autumn evenings. Simple and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Apples, 6 pieces
  • Vanilla custard powder, 1 packet
  • Milk, 1 cup
  • Sugar, 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh raspberries, 1.4 cups

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the custard powder in half a cup of milk. Bring the remaining half cup of milk to a boil with sugar. Pour the dissolved custard into the boiling milk. Stir vigorously until thickened, while continuously cooking. Set the custard aside to cool.
  2. Core the apples.
  3. Fill the apples with custard, and on top, place previously washed and drained raspberries.
  4. Bake the apples for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  5. Done!
