Ingredients
Bars:
- Butter 82%, 100 grams
- Peanut butter, 250 grams
- Powdered sugar, 250 grams
- Tea biscuits, 150 grams
Topping:
- Dark chocolate, 100 grams
- Peanut butter, 1 tablespoon
Preparation
Bars:
Mix melted butter with powdered sugar until the sugar completely dissolves.
Then add peanut butter and previously crushed tea biscuits. Mix everything thoroughly until the ingredients are combined.
Put the prepared mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and let it cool slightly in the fridge.
Topping:
After this time, prepare the topping. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, then mix it with a tablespoon of peanut butter.
Spread the topping evenly over the peanut butter mixture and put the baking dish back in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours. (I additionally sprinkled the top of the bars with crunchy chocolate balls while the topping was still liquid.)
Once chilled, cut the mixture into pieces resembling bars.
