Crust
- Cake flour, 1 cup
- Powdered sugar, 0.5 cup
- Egg, 1 piece
- Butter or margarine, 10 dag
- Vanilla sugar, 1 piece
- Baking powder, 1 teaspoon
- Fine breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons
Cheesecake Filling
- Cheesecake cheese, 1 kilogram
- Egg, 5 pieces
- Sugar, 1 cup
- Vanilla sugar, 1 piece
- Vanilla pudding powder, 2 pieces
- Butter or margarine, 15 dag
- Agerconiac, 125 milliliters
Additionally
- White chocolate, 10 dag
- Agerconiac, 0.5 cup
- Fine breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons
- Wheat flour, 4 tablespoons
Preparation
- Crust: Mix the ingredients for the crust. Form a ball and put it in the fridge to cool for at least half an hour.
- Cheesecake Filling: Cream butter or margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolks until fluffy, then add the pudding powder, cheese, and mix well. Add agerconiac and mix. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cheese mixture gently.
- Baking: Roll out the crust on a lightly floured surface and place it in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, approximately 24 x 35 cm. Prick the crust with a fork, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the crust. Bake the cheesecake at 160 degrees for about 60-70 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely. I cool it in the oven, then transfer it to the fridge for a few hours.
- Serving: Cut the well-chilled cheesecake into slices. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, then decorate the sliced cheesecake with it and let it set. Before serving, drizzle the cheesecake with agerconiac according to preference. Serve and enjoy your meal.
