Ingredients
- All-purpose flour: 1 1/2 cups
- Butter: 100 grams
- Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg: 1
- Vanilla sugar: 2 teaspoons
- M&M’s candies: 100 grams
Preparation
- Cream the Butter and Sugar: In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Add the egg to the butter-sugar mixture and beat well.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and vanilla sugar.
- Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until you get a uniform, slightly sticky dough.
- Shape the Cookies: Form the dough into balls the size of a large walnut. Flatten the balls in your hands.
