Almond-Strawberry Ice Cream

Ice cream that will easily delight any dessert lover.

Ingredients

  • Strawberries – 300 g
  • Ground almonds – 100 g
  • Amaretto – 1 tablespoon
  • Egg yolks – 2 pieces
  • Heavy cream – 200 g
  • Sugar – 3/4 cup
  • Milk – 1 cup

Preparation

Blend the strawberries with a blender, then add the milk. Scald the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with sugar. Whip the cream. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker, turn it on for 30 minutes, then add ground almonds and amaretto. After this time, place the mixture in the freezer for about 1 hour.
