Ingredients
- Dark chocolate – 100 g
- Candied orange peel – 1 tablespoon
- Honey – 200 g
- Rolled oats – 330 g
- Raisins – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Desiccated coconut – 2 tablespoons
- Coconut oil – 100 ml
- Peanut butter – 200 g
- Goji berries – 2 tablespoons
- White sesame seeds – 2 tablespoons
Preparation
Step 1: Heat Peanut Butter
Toast the rolled oats and sesame seeds in a dry pan. In a saucepan, heat the peanut butter with coconut oil. Remove from heat, add honey and chopped dark chocolate. Mix well until the chocolate melts.
Step 2: Combine the Bar Ingredients
Mix the mixture with the remaining ingredients and pour into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate until set. Once firm, cut into rectangular bars.
