Granola Bars

Granola bars can be a nutritious snack or a second breakfast for the whole family! See how to prepare them.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate – 100 g
  • Candied orange peel – 1 tablespoon
  • Honey – 200 g
  • Rolled oats – 330 g
  • Raisins – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Desiccated coconut – 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut oil – 100 ml
  • Peanut butter – 200 g
  • Goji berries – 2 tablespoons
  • White sesame seeds – 2 tablespoons

Preparation

Step 1: Heat Peanut Butter

Toast the rolled oats and sesame seeds in a dry pan. In a saucepan, heat the peanut butter with coconut oil. Remove from heat, add honey and chopped dark chocolate. Mix well until the chocolate melts.

Step 2: Combine the Bar Ingredients

Mix the mixture with the remaining ingredients and pour into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate until set. Once firm, cut into rectangular bars.
