This is the perfect dessert for any occasion. This pie features a delightful combination of creamy, tart lemon filling layered with a sweet cream cheese mixture, all nestled in a crisp graham cracker crust.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 oz) softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 15-3/4 oz. can lemon pie filling, divided
  • 1 8-ounce package frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust

Method:

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

Spread half of the lemon filling on the bottom of the graham cracker crust.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the lemon filling in the crust.

Spread the remaining lemon filling over the cream cheese layer.

Spread the whipped topping over the last layer of lemon filling.

Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
