Raspberry dalgona coffee

Try a different variation of Dalgona coffee – this time with raspberries and cashew nut beverage. Let this recipe become your favorite!

Ingredients

  • Sugar – 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar – 1 tablespoon
  • Instant coffee – 1 tablespoon
  • Ice – 3 pieces
  • Raspberry – 30 g
  • Cashew nut beverage – 230 ml
  • Fresh mint – 2 g
  • Raspberry – 70 g
  • Water – 12.5 ml

Preparation

Combine instant coffee and sugar in a tall container. Mix well. Pour boiling water over it and beat with a hand blender until you get a smooth, fluffy foam. Once the ingredients are well combined and the foam starts to form, reduce the blender speed and continue to aerate it until you achieve the desired consistency.

Transfer crushed ice or ice cubes to a glass and pour cashew nut beverage over it, filling about ¾ of the glass (approximately 230 ml). Pour raspberry syrup into a pitcher with a spout and carefully, in a thin stream, pour it into the beverage over the ice. Transfer a few raspberries from the syrup into the glass with the beverage.

Top up the glass with the coffee foam, filling it with foam. Be careful not to mix the layers of the beverage. Garnish with fresh mint and raspberries on top.
