Lassi doesn’t have to be only with mango. Indulge in a refreshing version with strawberries and cucumber.
Ingredients
- Brown sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla sugar – 1 packet
- Natural yogurt – 250 g
- Milk – 200 ml
- Cucumber – 200 g
- Strawberries – 300 g
- Sparkling water – 500 ml
- Ice – 4 cubes
- Ground cardamom – a pinch
Preparation
Peel and chop the cucumber into large chunks. Wash and hull the strawberries. Set aside 6 small strawberries for decoration. Blend the strawberries, cucumber, vanilla sugar, yogurt, milk, and crushed ice thoroughly. Season to taste with brown sugar.
Pour the lassi into 6 glasses and top with chilled sparkling water. Sprinkle with a pinch of ground cardamom and decorate with the remaining strawberries.
