Ingredients
- Oat flakes: 5 tablespoons
- Cooked pumpkin: 4 tablespoons
- Plant-based milk: 150 ml
- Cocoa: 1 level tablespoon
- Garam masala spice blend: 1/2 teaspoon
- Walnuts: 5 halves
- Any fruit: 1
Preparation
In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients except for the walnuts and chosen fruit to a boil. Be careful not to burn them. While cooking, the oat flakes should soften, and the pumpkin, if you used cooked pumpkin chunks, should lose its shape, mix into the ingredients, and create a thick oatmeal.
Serve the oatmeal warm with fruit and sprinkled with walnuts. It tastes best when warm.
