Pecan Caramel Candies are a combination of sweet and salty. That’s why gourmets love them! They make great party snacks.
Ingredients:
- 54 pretzels
- 54 Rolo candies (about 11oz)
- 54 pecan halves
Method:
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
Arrange the pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Unwrap the Rolo candies and place one on each pretzel.
Bake in the preheated oven for 3-4 minutes or until the Rolos are softened but not completely melted.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and immediately press one pecan half into the top of each Rolo, pressing down gently to flatten the candy slightly.
Allow the candies to cool completely on the baking sheet at room temperature, or place in the fridge to cool faster.
Once cooled and set, store the Pecan Caramel Candies in an airtight container at room temperature.
