Here’s something you can treat your guests to at the party! Everyone will love Frozen Banana Cereal Pops and will ask you for the recipe. It’s also a great after-dinner dessert.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup strawberry yoghurt
- 2 cups fruity pebbles cereal
- 4 medium bananas, peeled and halved crosswise
- 8 wooden popsticks
Method:
Peel the bananas and cut in half crosswise. Insert a wooden popstick into the cut end of each banana half.
Spread a layer of strawberry yoghurt on a plate or shallow dish.
Pour some Fruity Pebbles cereal into another plate or shallow dish.
Dip each banana half into the yoghurt, coating it completely.
Roll the yoghurt coated banana in the Fruity Pebbles cereal until it’s evenly coated.
Place the coated bananas on a parchment lined baking tray and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Once frozen, enjoy your Frozen Banana Cereal Pops for a refreshing and fruity treat!
