Ingredients
Trifle
- Macarons, 8 pieces
- Heavy cream (30%), 400ml
- Mascarpone cheese, 200g
- Powdered sugar, 80g
- Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
Fruits
- Raspberries, 65g
- Strawberries, 65g
- Mango, 65g
- Sugar, 2 tablespoons
- Lemon, 1 piece
Decoration
- Fresh mint leaves, 8
- Macarons, 4 pieces
Preparation
Cut the mango into smaller pieces. Add raspberries and strawberries to it. Drizzle the fruits with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar. Mix the ingredients well and set aside for about 10 minutes to absorb the juice and sweetness.
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. The finished cream should be smooth and fairly thick.
Layer crumbled macarons, fruits, and cream in glasses or bowls. Repeat these steps until the containers are full.
Garnish each serving with fresh mint leaves and an additional macaron. Then transfer them to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill. Serve the trifle chilled.
