  • Spelt flour: 70 g
  • Dried cranberries: 50 g
  • Egg: 1
  • Rolled oats: 70 g

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Gently beat the egg in a fairly large bowl. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Scoop the dough with a spoon and shape it into balls, then flatten them in your hands and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the cookies for about 10-15 minutes, until they turn golden. Enjoy them only when cooled.
