Ingredients
- Kefir – 200g
- Eggs – 2
- Flour – 150g
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
Preparation
In a bowl, pour kefir, add eggs, and mix with a fork. Add flour (preferably sifted directly), baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and oil, mix with a whisk or gently mix just until the ingredients are combined into a smooth and uniform batter.
Heat a frying pan, spoon 1 full tablespoon of batter onto the pan, leaving space between each pancake. Fry over moderate heat for about 2 minutes until they rise and are nicely browned on the bottom. Then flip with a spatula and repeat frying.
