Ingredients
- Blanched almonds: 200 g
- Sugar: 150 g
- Cocoa powder: 40 g
- Orange liqueur: 50 ml
Preparation
Pour sugar into a blender container and process (with the measuring cup inserted) for 20 seconds/speed 10 until powdered. Transfer to another container.
Place almonds in the blender container and process (with the measuring cup inserted) for 20 seconds/speed 10 until finely ground. Add powdered sugar and orange liqueur, then blend everything (with the measuring cup inserted) for 1 minute/speed 9. If the marzipan is still too coarse, repeat the process if necessary Wrap the marzipan mixture in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, divide the marzipan into pieces and return it to the blender container. Blend (with the measuring cup inserted) for 15 seconds/speed 7. Remove the soft marzipan mixture from the container, shape it into 40 small balls, and roll each one in cocoa powder.
