4-Ingredient oat bars

Quick and delicious oat bars with just 4 ingredients! Be sure to try this recipe for a snack that’s perfect for any time or as a quick breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Peanut butter: 150 g
  • Rolled oats: 240 g
  • Dark chocolate: 200 g
  • Mashed banana: 600 g

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Gently crush the rolled oats, being careful not to turn them into powder. Finely chop the chocolate. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix very thoroughly.

Transfer the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Once baked, let it cool, remove from the baking sheet, and cut into even squares.
